Olympic Icons – 2020
This set of icons was designed for the Table Tennis competitions at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. The icons are based on different strikes and serves used by professional table tennis players as well as a penhold grip and a scoring board. The icon figures were designed to showcase the motion of the fast-paced games of table tennis, putting emphasis on arcs of motion of both the players and ball, and the colors were taken from various equipment used for the game such as the paddles, table, and orange table tennis balls.
